Description: The two love birds sneak off for the day.
Location: Dolphin Hall
Date: month 13, day 30 of Turn 4
There were no classes because of Turn's Beginning, so Trellyn and Ednan had decided to sneak off for the day. She'd checked out a small boat and sailed out around to the next cove where she had picked Ednan up. She hated the need for secrecy, but it was the only way they could be together until he made journeyman.
Ednan had gave his roommates the excuse that he was going to train Brun in some private spot. The young flit was easily excitable and easily distracted, so peace and quiet was need to make him pay any attention to the training attempts. It wasn't even a lie, since he did use the time he waited for Trellyn to train him.
"So what sounds good to you?" Trellyn asked as she tacked out of the cove. She relaxed a bit when the wind finally caught the sail and had the chance to admire the way the sheen of sweat glistened off of Ednan's abdominal muscles.
"Any place, as long as you're there," Ednan replied.
She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss, "Shell Cove then, it's not too far." It was a name she'd made up when they found the place months ago. It was a small island, but the beach had been littered with pretty purple and white shells. It also had a nice shady area, just perfect for the two of them to lay out on.
"Sounds perfect," Ednan replied with bright smile. Deep in his heart
However was the feeling of guilt and it was gnawing him like a little worm. He had betrayed her by being with Aileyan, and he couldn't just shake it off. Especially since he also cared about the greenrider. Was it possible to love a two women at the same time?
It didn't take long for them to make it to the island, the wind was with them once they got out into the open. Trellyn noted that the island was much like they left it, the beach was still littered with shells and driftwood, the shady trees still abundant with ripe fruit. She picked a few and allowed Ednan to unload the small packs she'd included before leaving the Hall, mostly blankets and enough for a small picnic. She watched him lay everything out, then joined him for lunch. "It's too bad we can't stay here, I'd be happy to just spend the rest of my life laying here against you."
"That would be lovely. No care in the world. We could fish from the sea, there's some fruit trees growing inland. The only problem is Thread," Ednan said wistfully.
"Yuck, Thread ruins everything doesn't it?" She wasn't really being serious about staying here forever, but it was nice to imagine.
"Yes, I wouldn't want to be caught out in the open during a Fall. And maybe we could switch into something more pleasant," Ednan said. His fingers trailed along her body.
Trellyn shivered slightly at his touch, it felt so wonderful to have his hands on her. "You mean like nothing at all?"
"Something like this..." Ednan said and bent over her, letting his lips trail along her neck and shoulder, nibbling here and there gently.
Her back arched and she quickly pulled the thin top she wore over her head and tossed it to the edge of the blanket. "Now you have easier access." She explained with a tease.
"Oh?" Ednan said with arched eyebrows and continued his way downwards along her body.
"If you removed your pants I'd have easier access too." She suggested with a wicked grin as she pulled at his pocket.
"I'm happy to oblige you," Ednan replied.
