N'ki woke slowly, wanting to savor every moment of the Flight. He had
been so long since he had won one, and to win E'naer's! He made a
mental note to pamper Veriath to an inch of his life later today or
tomorrow. Sighing deeply, he propped himself on one elbow to admire
the sleeping form spooned into his own.
E'naer was still every inch the beautiful creature that seemed to
drive just about every bluerider mad with longing in this place. The
threadscore detracted not a bit from his looks. And unlike a lot of
the green riding boys he was every inch a man, through and through.
Which maybe was the reason it had taken a tiny delicate fellow
greenrider to catch him as a lover. Maybe? That was an odd couple,
N'ki mused to himself. Not one he'd say no to if given the
opportunity! He chuckled out loud with that thought.
E'naer really didn't want to wake up, he just had a good chance to
catch up with the sleep. But the sounds and movements next to him, did
pull him out of the sleep. He could feel Eillispeth, sleeping and
envied her.
Stirring, he opened his eyes. "Hi N'ki," he greeted.
"Hey baby, you okay?" He tenderly stroked a stray hair away from E'naer's
eyes.
"Yes, I'm fine. It was quite a ride!" E'naer said and smiled.
Eillispeth's Flights always tended to be...intense.
"It was!" He nibbled on E'aner's shoulder, testing to see if he was
up for more.
E'naer wasn't quite ready for more yet but he was not pushing away
either. He was just enjoying the moment.
Judging the mood accurately--for once--N'ki gently caressed E'naer's
shoulder and hip, enjoying the feel of skin under his fingertips. "I
had to actually drag Verianth out of his wallow by his head knobs! I
didn't think he'd manage to catch a fast green like Eillispeth."
"Silly of him. He's bound to get lucky now and then. And Eillie has
tendency to surprise. At least she didn't pick brown this time."
"I don't know if it's being silly or just pure laziness. He's not the
most ambitious beast on Pern, I'm afraid.". And he wasn't the only
one, N'ki thought ruefully. He would never be mistaken for a future
wing third.
"Well, he's your dragon, so you know him best," E'naer remarked.
"Yeah..." He gave E'naer a rare pensive look before lightly tracing
his fingers tips over the scars on his arm.
E'naer flinched away from _that_ touch. He didn't like anyone touching
his scars.
"Sorry!" Some men were sensitive about their 'scores. "How's that one
on G'wen? Getting better?"
"You have to ask him. He seems fine to me," E'naer replied.
"Okay then." N'ki sat up and smiled back at the greenrider. "You in
a hurry to get back to him or do you want to stay for a bit?"
"I'm in no hurry," E'naer replied. N'ki wasn't bad looking bluerider and he
was still feeling Eillie's lust in his blood.
"Wonder if you could encourage him to join us." Now_that_would completely
make his sevenday!
"G'wen? I wonder if that would be too much of a shock for him," E'naer
replied. He wasn't least bit shocked by N'ki's suggestion. He had plenty of
history behind furs and he'd done things he would never tell anyone.
"Well then, it's just you and me then." He kissed E'naer deeply, letting
him know what he wanted.
E'naer had no objections against second time and just wrapped his arms
around N'ki, responding to his kiss.
