**Camilth, can you make sure that Rademerth's isn't with anyone?**
Taking D'ret by the hand, she walked along the narrow paths to J'kri's
weyr. She usually didn't have to have an invitation, but she wanted to
make sure that he wasn't occupied, especially considering the
conversation she and D'ret were going to spring on him.

}:He is alone,:{ Rademerth confirmed.

Being dragged out of a weyr by Paetri was a new experience and he
chuckled softly. He was actually very much looking forward to this.

Walking to J'kri's weyr, facts ran through her mind in a torrent. Was
this even a good idea? Selfishly, she enjoyed her alone time with
J'kri. She didn't mind him spending time with men, but usually she
didn't know and didn't ask details. She wondered how the dynamic would
change if D'ret were the other man J'kri was spending time with. Would
there be others too? Would there be anytime left for her? J'kri had
made no secret of missing D'ret after all this time and D'ret had just
admitted he loved J'kri. She couldn't stand in the way of that and she
wouldn't. She cared too much about both of them to do that.

She knocked on the door and then opened it. "J'kri?" She stepped in
and pulled D'ret in with her. With a little smile on her face, she
pointedly pushed him forward. "Okay. Talk."

J'kri looked between Paetri and D'ret. "What's going on?"

Getting pushed ahead and told to talk had D'ret's mind going
completely blank. "Me?!" he squeaked and looked back at her for a
moment. This was her idea ... "Fine," he whispered then swung back to
J'kri. "Paetri and I were talking and well ... I was worried that I
was stepping between you two. So, we thought ... would you ...
consider being with both of us?" he got out in a rush.

"Of course." He was surprised they'd talked to each other about it.
"You're both my best friends. This is the Weyr, so I don't have to be
with just one person. We're free to do what we want." J'kri took
D'ret's hand and looked over at Paetri to include her. "I would love
to have both of you in my life." A wicked grin curved his lips. "And
in my bed."

Paetri hung back a little, but smiled to D'ret, surprised that J'kri's
jaw hadn't dropped to the floor. In his situation, hers would have.
But her cheeks flamed immediately as the mental image of all three of
them in the bed together came to her mind at his words. She shouldn't
be thinking of that at all, even as intriguing as it might be. That
was not something that she should have even considered...but that
wicked smile cemented the image fairly well in her head. "Uhm...uh.."
She flicked a gaze between the two of them. "As a relationship,
J'kri?"

He laughed. "Yes. You can take turns in my bed. Although having you
both at the same time..." The idea sent heat rushing through him.

The wicked grin was matched on D'ret's face as he looked at Paetri.
"This worked out better than I thought it would. I'm all for sharing
and if it doesn't work, sharing him separately would. Shall we test
it?" he asked a bit eagerly, his grip on J'kri's hand tightening as he
stretched the other to her.

Were they reading her mind? She hurriedly checked to see if Camilth
had blabbed, but the green was busy flirting with a brown and hadn't
even paid attention to what was going on. Her cheeks flushed brighter
as her eyes flicked back and forth between the pair. She swallowed.
Was she ready for this?

The expressions on both of their faces, the eagerness that they both
displayed, decided for her. She slowly took D'ret's hand and then
reached for J'kri's.

Desire made J'kri's head spin and he was so happy he could burst.
Aside from his sisters, Paetri and D'ret were the most important
people in the world to him. Having them together like this... it was
literally a dream come true. Smiling, he led them to his sleeping
chamber and drew them close. "You both mean so much to me." He kissed
Paetri first because she seemed more shy, then D'ret.

It always fascinated him to watch the shy ones bloom with the new
experiences. D'ret wasn't sure if this was new to J'kri or not but he
hoped so. Kissing him back, he gently pushed him towards the bed.

J'kri tugged Paetri down on the bed with him, close against his side,
then he reached out for D'ret. "I can't believe this is happening."

She certainly hadn't imagined anything like this when she had
originally been Searched, or even after Impression. She allowed
herself to be tugged and settled into J'kri's side, her head on his
shoulder as she watched D'ret. "You deserve to be happy, J'kri."

"So do you." J'kri squeezed her hand. "Both of you." With his other
hand, he reached up and buried it in D'ret's hair, bringing him down
for a kiss.
