Physical Description of Persona:
O'dyn (formerly Ocaridyn) is a scrawny 5’3, still mostly a kid in appearance but one that is starting to show the promise of teenager. Once he finishes growing, he’ll be about 5’9. Aside from his stature, most people notice his big green eyes, which seem to take in everything about the world. His brown hair has a feather soft feel. He cuts it whenever it starts getting in his eyes. His voice is currently changing from a high squeaky tenor to a normal sounding tenor. He likes wearing bright basic colors.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Everyone says that eager and curious describe O'dyn. Respectful too, because his parents raised him so. But beneath this childish trust of the world and authority lies a boy that is unsure about a lot of things but willing to go along with whatever because he wants to be liked. He’s afraid of heights and disappointing his elders, two things that will usually keep him from trying most things risky, but he has been known to succumb to peer pressure and he hates that he does. He just hasn’t figured out how to stand up for himself yet.

History of Persona:
Born Amber Hills to a vintner father, Ocaridyn spent a lot of his childhood helping his mother care for his younger siblings. But he does remember tailing his father around throughout the rows of barrels and grapes, listening to him talk about his craft, absorbing it all. Still, vintnercraft was not where his curiosity lay -- that was in printing, in the process of making books and other written things. Ocaridyn begged his father to send him Printer Hall.

The best day of his life was the day he arrived there, a fresh thirteen, ready to learn. The next best day was when a green dragon took notice of fourteen-Turn-old him and brought him to Dolphin Cove Weyr. And then the next best day was when blue Genireth picked him! And then there was the Turn that they got to be book dragons and it was great!

But now O'dyn is 16 and in a real Wing.

Description of Dragon:
The color of a beautiful summer blue sky, Genireth is a medium, stocky frame for a dragon of his color. His wingsails are a pale blue and remind everyone of clouds.

Genireth can be impatient and picky when he wants something done or is hungry. He likes to ask questions but often stirs up trouble whenever he points out something is flawed in its logic. He won’t stand up for someone picking on his rider at all.
