Physical Description of Persona:
Seori is a very healthy 50-ish from her turns of dolphineering, thin with wiry muscles. Of an average height, she stands at about 5'5". The only past of her that looks at all old is her face, which is becoming rather lined with age. Still, it is quite expressive, and most people hardly notice such small details as wrinkles compared with the rest of her youthful exuberance. She keeps her chestnut hair cropped short, mostly because she can't be bothered with it in her face while she works. Her hands and feet are well-callused as they should be, and she is ever grateful for their continuing functionality.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Seori is a leader and a go-getter. She knows what she wants done, and she is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish it. A brilliant motivator, she rarely lacks for minions, and firmly believes that nothing is impossible. She is very friendly and usually has something good to say, but she can be quite intense when she's got a particularly difficult project, and can come across as blunt or abrupt if caught at the wrong moment. She has a strong sense of justice, and will not tolerate unfairness or misbehavior. She loves change, though some constants, such as family, are important to her.

History of Persona:
Seori has always been a leader. From her earliest childhood at the northern Dolphin Crafthall, she was coming up with grand schemes and bringing people together to carry them out. Though she was known as a troublemaker for a long time, she found more productive outlets for her creativity once she decided to apprentice at the Dolphin Hall. Encouraged by her parents, who, assured her that she could do anything, she moved up the ranks more quickly than most of her fellow students. Her teachers saw her potential as well, and frequently gave her such leadership positions as became available. She counts her Journeywoman days as some of the best of her life, learning with her dolphin partner, Calin. She did have a slightly scandalous fling at 22 which hindered her progress a bit, leaving her with a daughter. The girl was fostered to a good fostermother, and Seori did her best to be a good mother, while still pursuing her craft goals. She did make Master at 34. Two years later, the South's Dolphin Hall was upended, and she went with the Northern Crafters to answer Lord Jaryd's call. The hardest part of Seori's move was leaving her daughter behind. She gave Seorah the option to stay, and she chose to do so. Wrapping herself in her new life, Seori found herself immediately at home in the task of helping to organize the newly re-staffed Hall. She worked happily under the Hallmasters before her, though she was a bit miffed when she was passed over in favor of Rystili. Still, she could not fault Rystili as a Hallmaster, and loved working under her as well. Seori has taught all age groups and all levels of learning, never able to decide which area she likes best. Her recent appointment as Hallmaster could hardly have come under worse circumstances, but she is making the best of it, as she always does, and hopes to have the Hall reoriented and settled as soon as possible.

Description of Dolphin:
Zed and Seori found each other immediately upon her arrival in the South. Zed's partner had been a Southern dolphineer who had chosen to leave with the rest. Zed had been left behind, and a bit disheartened by the incident. Seori first thought of him as a potential project, but soon, he was family, and their bond has never faltered. Zed can become a bit rough when he plays, and his skin is quite scarred as a result.
His most obvious feature is a recent scar from the hurricane that leveled the previous Dolphin Hall, a large scrape across his melon not quite up to his blowhole, fortunately. Zed has a level head, generally, and can get the dolphins just as revved up about Seori's projects as she can do with people.

Surah, Feline: aged 19, born m3 d7
Surah found Seori when she was a kitten. Seori asked around to see if anyone was missing a young orange feline, but no one claimed her. She was named Surah as Seori's combination of her mother's and daughter's names, to remember the wonderful women of her family, since she was no longer with them. Surah is growing more sedate in her older years and loves to monopolize Seori's lap.
