Physical Description of Persona:
Anaia has thick, curly, reddish-auburn hair that falls all the way down her back. She usually wears it pulls back at the nape of her neck, but often a few curls will fall around her face. Her eyes are a greenish hazel and her skin is very fair, leaving her very liable to burn in the strong southern sun. When she is outside, she is not without a hat, to keep the sun from her face. She is 5'5" tall and weighs about 135 pounds with a medium build.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Ana is a very quiet and soft-spoken girl. She appears very shy and reserved when she first meets someone; however, once she gets to know that person, her true personality shines through. She has a quick wit and can be very stubborn and strong-willed. Having been the youngest of 12 children, her father spoiled her and she is quite used to getting her own way. She can usually talk her father into anything, but knows that when he has made a decision nothing will sway him from it. He is the one person she trusts completely in her life and will do just about anything he asks of her.

History of Persona:
Anaia was born to Gaelir and Fara of Bayside Hold, a minor Hold that lies west of Jade Harbor Hold. She is the youngest of 12 children and was born 8 years after her nearest sibling. Anaia was a surprise for both parents, who thought they were done having children. Ana was a very charming baby and soon had her father wrapped around her little finger.

When her mother died of a sudden illness when she was 2, her father sought solace in spending time with his youngest daughter, who reminded him so much of his lost love. This closeness only grew stronger as Ana grew older. As Ana found she had a love for learning, the local Harper took her under his wing and taught her as much as she could learn. Even though her father still believed that women had a certain place in society and shouldn't be in the crafts, he tolerantly let her teaching continue.

Gaelir chose not to foster Anaia, wanting to keep his last child with him as long as possible. As she approached the age of 18, he realized it was time to find a husband for her. Gaelir resigned his position as Holder and let his eldest son, Faelir, take hold and he planned a trip to Emerald Falls Hold. He knew that his old friend and foster brother, Ziadriel, had a son who was Lord Holder and would be looking for a wife. He believed that this would be a good match for his beloved daughter.

Once at Emerald Falls, Anaia met Endrion and fell in love. Though she tried to dissuade her father from forcing the issue of marriage between herself and the Lord Holder, he held to his plan and shortly after Enrizial asked her to be his wife. She resignedly went along with the plans and married the Lord Holder even though she loved another.

Her relationship with her husband can best be described as turbulent at best. Never one to keep her tongue, she and her husband seem to argue almost constantly. She's never received the love she had so hoped for in marriage and continues to meet with Endrion in secret, though nothing has come of their relationship other than time spent together to escape from her life at the Hold.

Anaia became pregnant almost immediately after marrying Enrizial. As soon as her pregnancy was discovered, her husband moved her out of his quarters and into the ladle's quarters where she lives just down the hall from the only woman she's even called Mother, her mother-in-law Enriline. Only time will tell if any true affection or respect can be built between her and her husband.

Sweetie, Gold Firelizard: aged 10, hatched m4 d10
Sweetie is a deep, burnished gold color that is fairly even over her entire body. Her wings are a lighter color that seem to shimmer in the sunlight.

This little gold has a fairly mellow personality. Which is a good thing considering all the upheaval she has to go through because of everything Anaia's had happen to her. However, through it all, she's simply happy if she can be with Anaia. She knows when to make herself scarce if things are going awry, but also is trained well enough to come to Ana when she needs her.
