Physical Description of Persona:
Ariadne is tall for a woman at just over 5'8" tall and is of average build. She has dark-blonde hair that falls to midback that she normally keeps pulled back in a chignon. Her eyes are a dark blue in a face that can't be described as pretty, but has handsomeness to it. She isn't what one would describe as typically feminine in her mannerisms.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Ariadne is a very empathetic and caring person who puts others above herself. She grew up around the healer hall and saw her father's way with people and that led her to have a very understanding manner with her patients and she has learned to be able to put others at ease in almost any situation. She seems to get along better with men than women.

History of Persona:
Ariadne was born to a Healer and his wife at the healerhall in Jade Harbor Hold. As she was growing up, she always seemed to gravitate to the boys and got along better with them than she did with the girls of the hall. She preferred to be outside playing instead of sitting around learning needlework and cooking.

As she got older, she realized that she wanted to be a healer like her father. Because of the ban on women crafters, her father told her no. When she begged to be allowed to move to a weyrhold to learn her craft, her parents automatically said no. However, she appealed to the hallmaster who thought it was a good idea as he had seen her with those in the infirmary when she had visited there. Her parents reluctantly agreed, but only if they could move to a small hold nearby.

So, when she was 12, she traveled to Dragonsfall Weyr and began her apprenticeship. She excelled in her training and quickly gained her journeywoman's knots. Shortly after, her father died from a debilitating cancer and her mother decided to return to the healerhall to be with her family and youngest son who had just been accepted as an apprentice.

Though she missed her family, Ariadne focused her attentions once again on her studies and gained her senior journeyman's rank. When the call went out for more healers at River Bluff Weyr, she realized she had nothing holding her back at Dragonsfall and decided to move so that she could expand her knowledge.

Once she transferred, her good friend L'keri followed shortly after with his son. It seemed there was more at Dragonsfall than she had realized for her, but with L'keri there at River Bluff, she settled into a content life. After several months, L'keri and Ariadne realized how much they truly cared for one another and they have settled in his weyr are weyrmates, but with L'keri's wandering eye will they be able to stay happy?

Sillie, Feline: aged 13, born m13 d15
Sillie is a long-haired cat that is black on her back and white on her paws and stomach. The feline is very opinionated and let's people know when she is unhappy. She is also very much attached to her 'pet', Ariadne, and usually will not have anything to do with anyone else unless she is hungry or trying to make her owner jealous.

Keri, Feline: aged 10, born m11 d15
Keri is a large feline that stands at just about the knee at her shoulder. She has a long 'beard' of fur under her chin and tufts of hair that stick our from her ears. She is an orangish color with black spots over most of her body. Considering she is still a 'kitten', she is very playful, but seems to know when to take it easy with the little ones and small animals.

L'keri found Keri as a kitten while on a feline hunt in the jungle and brought her home for Ariadne and Arten. Neither of them had the heart to abandon the kitten back into the wild and have received conditional approval to keep her at the Weyr...if she behaves.
