Physical Description of Persona:
A very tall woman, and slightly overweight, Sallita manages to look matronly despite her relative youth. Her chestnut colored hair is almost always kept in a loose bun or braid to stay out of the way. Her face, oval shaped with nondescript brown eyes and unremarkable features, is rather plain.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Sallita is a cheery person who loves to gossip. She enjoys her employment at the Tavern because it allows her to gather interesting stories from all sorts of people. Some of these she hoards and some she spreads around.

The nearly constant state of pregnancy during her marriage has made her rather plump and given her a motherly appearance, a fact that she doesn't mind - she's never been considered beautiful and enjoys the way hear appearance makes people overlook her. It is much easier to overhear people speaking when they're not ogling you, after all.

History of Persona:
Sallita was the only daughter of a medium sized family. Her father, a journeyman Beastcrafter who had been forced to retire due to an injury, arranged for her to marry a man nearly twice her age when she was sixteen. Her husband to be was well off, a minor son of a nearby Small Hold, and the match was considered a good one. Sallita didn't care one way or another. She knew it was her duty to wed and not being a great beauty, she knew she would never make a better match on her own.

After a few months of marriage, Sallita became pregnant with her first child. Over the next six turns, she had four children in total. When her husband decided to move to Amber Hills Hold, she and the children went as well. A short while later, Sallita's father finally succumbed to the injury that had forced him to retire and her mother joined them at Amber Hills, to help with the children.

After six turns of marriage, her husband was killed in a hunting accident. Sallita had truly mourned his death, having grown to like him as a person; he had never been unfaithful or unkind to her or their children or her mother, even if she hadn't particularly loved him.

Her mother encouraged Sallita to find a new husband, but Sallita resisted. She was not especially eager to attach herself to anyone else so soon, enjoying a bit of freedom for the first time in her life - even with four small children, after all, her mother was there to help with them.

When the Tavern opened, Sallita decided to apply for employment. She was drawn by a romanticized idea of what an exciting place it would be. The people she might meet, the stories she might hear. She works during the day, serving meals and drinks to patrons and cleaning up after them when they leave and she does get to meet people and hear interesting stories. Though she imagines things get even more interesting at night.

Every morning, Sallita's mother walks down from the Hold to watch the children while she is gone. She nags her daughter each time about giving up her unsavory and frankly scandalous work and finding a new husband.
