Vandor

Vandor
Tavia

Tavia

Sleep was not quite so deep for Vandor. Maybe it was the fact he
wasn't used to having someone in his bed, a body that was so warm and
sweet sprawled over his form. And yet, neither was he fully awake.
That warmth seeped in deeper and a smile made his full lip spread
upward. His hand which had gone still as he finally slipped into
slumber, began to move again, tracing hits way up and down her back.
He shifted a little, drawing closer to her, her closer to him.

Deeply asleep her mind didn't either know or care where she was.
Pleasant fog surrounded her and she only snuggled deeper into the arms
that held her so close. Her breathing soft against the warm chest.
Fear was put to flight and pleasure began to make it's way in.

Vandor's hand began to wander a bit more, drifting up to her neck and
massaging briefly there, then wandering back down to caress her
shapely bottom and lingering, perhaps a bit more than he would have
had he been a bit more awake.

Tavia's body enjoyed the caresses and moved in response though she
still had no conscious thought.

Whether awake or not, her movement did nothing but encourage Vandor.
He wasn't fully awake still, but concious enough to enjoy the embrace.
He shifted again, cradling her while allowing his other hand a
chance, first stroking her side, the drawing up to make gentle circles
upon her abdomen.

She rolled on her back with a sigh and a slight smile curved her lips.

Her movements drew her closer to him and Vandor woke up a bit more,
letting his hand stop upon her belly, fingers splayed and so tempted
to reach further down. "Tavia." He whispered in her ear, wanting to
continue, but not without consent.

Her brows rose like a question. "mmm," Eyes slit open along with some
awareness of her surroundings. "Vandor?" she leaned a little closer
and placed her lips softly on his. It was much easer to reach his face
when he was laying down next to her.

Oh yes. Vandor was more than happy to accept the kiss, and
reciprocate it. His hand began to water, a little lower, but then
stopped as he pulled back. "Are you...okay with this?" He asked, his
voice low and soft.

She felt his touch and it felt very good. She looked up into his
questioning eyes knowing she'd thought about this herself more than
once. Softly she placed her hand on his and pushed it gently where
they both wanted it to go. "Yes," was all she said.

Vandor needed no more encouragement. Her consent given, he lowered
his mouth to press it hungrily against her own, his hand, his fingers
exploring her body, low then high, then down again, responding do the
feel of her against him and urging her to respond in kind.

She gave him the kisses his mouth demanded and arched against him. She
sighed with pleasure and slipped her arms around him pulling closer.

Not so fast. Vandor wanted this to linger, to spread out the pleasure
as long as he could. His hands wandered away and then back again,
teasing, probing, exploring. His mouth pulled away from hers to make
a trail down her body, tasting the tantalizing saltyness of her skin
before delving into the depths below to avail himself of her.

Sighs and moans became all she could utter in response. Her mind went
away and only pleasure remained.

Vandor took his time, drawing out the moments with her, his hands and
mouth wandering all over her body, stroking, teasing. When he finally
took her it was slow, and easy, building up with a steady rhythm that
only increased once they drew closer to the heights.

It was sweet, coming together with her. Her scent was still upon his
nostrils even as the climax came and then dropped off. He eased down,
remaining with her for a few more minutes, loathe to separate just
yet.

She lay in his arms while her breathing calmed and her mind came back
to her. Her legs wrapped around him she looked up at him and smiled.
"You ok?" she asked. She really hadn't expected the intimacy from him,
not that it was unwelcome, just surprising.

"I don't think okay quite cuts it." Vandor turned his head, nose
nestling against her cheek. She'd given him hints that she wouldn't
mind him in her bed, but it was the first time he'd ever allowed it.
Well, technically, she was in his bed. "It's been a long time."

She smiled gently her fingers emulating the stroking she'd received on
his back. "But why Vandor," she asked. "This is the Weyr. I'm sure any
number of women would love to enjoy your attentions." She wasn't
selfish by any means and he'd just proved he was quite skilled.

"I'm sure there would be." He was still loathe to move, but move her
did, removing himself from her, but pulling her close. He didn't
finish the sentence, but there it was, hanging. There would be. If
he let them.

"Vandor," she said softly just clinging to him. She didn't want to
probe further. She figured he had his reasons and she would just let
them to him since he didn't really seem to want to share. "It was way
better than ok for me too,"

"Was it?" Vandor reached up to stroke the hair off of Tavia's brow.
It'd been too long since he'd had a woman. It wouldn't be much longer
before he'd feel the stirrings of those desires again. "I do try to
please."

She chuckled, "It was and you did." He had quite effectively taken her
mind off the storm outside. For that she was very thankful and she
liked him, she always had.

"Good to know I haven't lost my touch." Vandor shifted, just a
little, which had the intended result of pressing her body against his
own. "I don't hear much now. It must have died down." He turned his
head so that he could gaze at her shadowed form. "I didn't know you
were so...disconcerted by storms."

She smiled into the dark. All she could really see were his teeth and
a glitter in his eyes as he held her close. "Ever since I was little.
Thunderstorms are bad but I can get through them with Sawauth's help.
Hurricanes are worse especially when I can't hide under her wings."
Now she was laughing at herself since the terror of the last few hours
has passed.

Was it just that? Or was there something more to it? Had something
happened that made her afraid? Vandor let his hand run lazily up and
down her arm, the silence settling between them. When he finally
broke it again, it was to give her an offer, "If you ever need someone
to help you through in addition to Sawauth...let me know."

She grinned and pulled his head down to her. "Thank you" she said and
kissed him thoroughly.
