Physical Description of Persona:
Yasmeane has wispy, wavy blonde hair, nearly platinum in hue, something that she inherited from her mother. She has her father's pale skin that freckles lightly across her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. Yasmeane has green eyes that are thickly framed by eyelashes nearly as pale as her hair. She has a long, slender body and slender hands that made her a natural on the gitar.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Yasmeane grew up a holder, and a little sheltered, by a pair of stable, supportive parents. This led her to some naivety when it came to her new life as a dragonrider at the Weyr. She still struggles at times with how open the Weyr is, about everything, but she worked hard during Weyrlinghood and was not the least of her class.

She is intelligent and usually a little shy and tentative around people she doesn't know.

After her incident with bronzerider D'kere, Yasmeane has become closed off and angry. She's often sullen and snippy, and does her best to avoid being around other people.

History of Persona:
Yasmeane grew up in the Amber Hills area with parents who worked a small vineyard that sent its bounty to the Vintner Hall. Her family, consisting of her parents, and two siblings, was supportive and a tight-knit unit - which may have led to Yasmeane being a little too sheltered.

At twelve, deciding that she wanted to join the harpercraft, Yasmeane's parents agreed to let her move to the Weyr so that she could persue that dream. Once at the Weyr, Yasmeane was Searched and began Standing at the age of fourteen. At sixteen she Impressed to green Isaroth.

Before her first flight, Yasmeane asked Weyrlingmaster's Second D'kere to help her prepare for a mating flight, since she was a virgin. D'kere turned her down, however, because of his weyrmate. Being spurned by the bronzerider made Yasmeane feel embarrassed and her hatred for D'kere began festering.

During her first flight, which was a rough one, Yasmeane became confused, and left the flight to confront D'kere. After accusing him of rape, D'kere and Yasmeane had to endure an embarrassing trial from the Weyrleaders. Yasmeane was found to be misremembering the order of events. She was grounded and ordered to see a mindhealer.

A turn after the accident, Yasmeane has not made a lot of progress mentally or emotionally.
