Physical Description of Persona:
Casisar has blond hair with almost white streaks. His has bright blue eyes that always seem to sparkle with some private joke. He's close to six feet tall and hopping to grow a little more.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Casisar isn't the friendliest of the apprentice tailors in Dragonsfall Weyr. Despite his ready smile and upbeat demeanor he avoids people. He prefers to work on small projects that keep him away from others. He's had some bad run-in's with lovers of both sexes and had become a little jaded. He hopes to impress and find the love he's missing from humans.

History of Persona:
Casisar was born in Dragonsfall, that doesn't mean he love it. His mother was a hold bred girl who was transferred to the Weyr with her crafter husband. She couldn't stand the free ways of women in the Weyr and fled home to her family, leaving her infant son in the care of a foster mother. Eventually his father followed his wife. He "accidentally" forgot to bring his son with him when he left. So Casisar grew up with a foster mother and became everyone's child. Searching to find himself he apprenticed as a tailor, liking the idea of making his own clothes. When it came to personal relationships he's looked around. He's found that neither men nor women are what he wants. He will occasionally allow himself to be swept up in mating flights but otherwise does not seek partners for his bed. He's stood as a candidate for two turns, while he hopes to impress his not sure is it will be a green or blue, or any other color.

With his impression of Schinlith the only question that has been answered for C'sar is the color of his dragon, brown.
