Physical Description of Persona:
Tall and lean, lack of fat not meaning there is a lack of muscle, Lirit is in quite good shape. While he'll never have large muscles like man of the dragonriders who are used to lifting a lot of weight, he's quite strong. His oval face is framed by light brown hair that is just long enough to get into his eyes. Deep brown eyes seem to see more than just what is offered, as if he can look beyond what is in front of him. Even when he is not smiling, his lips seem to be perpetually turned upward at the corners, giving him an almost constant pleasant expression. He has a proud nose, a strong jaw, and has been considered by many women to be quite handsome.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Lirit almost always seems to have something nice to say. He seems to actively try to find the good in everyone and everything. That is not to say that he ignores bad, but he does try to be optimistic. It's not uncommon to hear him joking and laughing.

The laughter, however, hides the lack of self confidence that he has. While he has no trouble performing in front of others, he often puts himself down for his mistakes. He feels pressured to prove himself, as if to make up for something that he did wrong, even if he didn't do it. He finds compliments embarrassing and it's not uncommon for him to put down his efforts as not good enough.

When it comes to women, he is not completely inexperienced. He has a more open minded view about women and their roles in society, perhaps spurred by the attitude that some of his family had towards women, and the few that disagreed on women being only good as wives and mothers. He finds the Weyr to be more comfortable for him in this regard.

Lirit does not like confrontation. He would rather avoid it if possible. There are times that he resorts to joking as an attempt to calm any confrontations that might occur.

History of Persona:
Lirit is the grandson of Lord Ethris' eldest Uncle, Fanef, eldest brother to deceased Lord Holder Stefan. He was born and raised at Willow Bend Holder and he was born normal, but as he aged, it became obvious to his parents that he was not seeing as well as he should. He was taken to a healer who stated that there was nothing that could be done. There was no obvious sign that anything was wrong, and perhaps the boy was just clumsy or inattentive.

Unfortunately, as Lirit grew older, his sight grew worse. He was completely blind by the time he turned six. It was about that time that his cousin, Zathris, came to live at Willow Bend. Zathris and Lirit became good friends and quite inseparable, even though there was a good seven turns difference in age. Zathris became an assistant of the Steward at Willow Bend, but spent much of his free time with Lirit, though less so after he was married.

Lirit had shown a great talent for music at a very early age. He was able to keep on pitch fairly well by the time he was two turns old. When he was twelve, he was allowed to apprentice to the Harper Hall. He excelled in his studies, becoming a quite accomplished instrumentalist and singer. Even though all harpers were required to take at least one or two courses of composition, he never did well, and no one ever asked him to write a song afterwards.

Lirit spent his first turn after walking the tables at the Harper Hall. However, after his favourite Master went to Dragonsfall Weyr, he decided to follow and Lirit found himself back under his talented teacher once again. He also found himself teaching others as well, a task that he soon came to enjoy more than he thought he would.

Scout, Canine: aged 14, born m13 d2
Scout is a rather large dog whose colour is a solid klah hue. One ear sticks up while the other flops over. One eyes is blue while the other is brown. He is a very gentle creature, patient, and protective. Child could climb on him pull his tail and squeeze him tightly, but he would never even flash a single fang at them, much lash out in frustration or anger.
